The purchase/sale agreement will only be formalized when all for padel confirms the order by email. You guarantee that the information provided to all for padel on the request or order is accurate and complete. all for padel will never be obliged to accept an order. all for padel will be entitled, at all times, to check an order beforehand or reject an order without having to justify your reasons. If all for padel does not confirm your order within the following ten business days, the order will be considered to be rejected.
DELIVERY
all for padel will deliver the order to the address specified by you. all for padel can only deliver the order at a delivery address that is a house or office. Deliveries will be made on business days that are not public holidays. The delivery note must be signed in order to receive any delivery.
all for padel will be entitled, to the extent reasonably possible, to make split deliveries so that you can receive the products ordered as soon as possible. These split deliveries do not entail additional costs. However, if you request split deliveries, all for padel will charge you additional shipping costs. Each split order will constitute an independent purchase/sale agreement. If all for padel is late delivering part of or a split delivery, it does not entitle them to cancel any other split delivery.
OPTIONS IN CASE OF DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Should all for padel discover, before formalizing the purchase/sale agreement, that it cannot deliver the products ordered, it may offer an equivalent product in terms of quality, price and function. You will not be obliged to accept the replacement product.
